Privacy Protection and Tech Support

Just wondering what email is recommended for security as well as ease of use. I know a lot of people are using protonmail, but not sure if that is best or not. Also, wondering why Nord is the recommended VPN site in this group - I am trying to figure out which one to use and just curious as to what the advantage of this one is. And finally, which password manager do people like the best?
